Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. However, if you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. Refunds are processed only for damaged or wrongly delivered products, within 7 working days of approval.
